I'm very happy with the quality of my Plantation Shutters and Roman Blinds installed by Custom Blinds and Shutter World. Lesley was great to deal with. Leanne and Sean were the other two people I personally met from Custom Blinds and they were also very good to deal with. The only negative is that the installation was delayed one week. The timing wasn't great because they were supposed to be in the week before Easter but ended up being a week later. However, they were still four weeks quicker in manufacturing and installation than the two other Companies I received quotations from. Everyone I came in contact with at Custom Blinds were professional and provided good customer service. I will have no hesitation in using them again and I recommend anyone looking for quality Plantation Shutters and Blinds to give them a call.

We received excellent service from all the staff at Custom Blinds and Shutter World. When we entered the showroom we were attended to promptly by reception. The fitters could not have been nicer, and it was a pleasure to have them in our home. No grumbling about having to carry the blinds up to the 19th floor. We could not have asked for better service. I would recommed Custom Blinds and Shutter World to anyone!

What can I say?! I purchased an apartment at Waterpoint Residency in Biggera Waters and our move in date was soon after settlement. We were recommended to speak to the team at Custom Blinds and Shutter World, who were very helpful and easy to deal with. I was so impressed with the turn around time, I confirmed my colours on a Saturday and the blinds were installed the following Thursday. 10/10 for service and the quality of the material is fantastic! Thanks to Leanne, Steve, Ian and the lovely ladies at reception.
