This is a company with an excellent customer relationship. I found them on the internet three months ago and sent them an email in the evening, received a phone call from Aimee the next morning to follow up. I went into the showroom two days later, which resulted in ordering Roman Blinds for my living room and kitchen area. Mark arrived the day before Good Friday to install the Roman Blinds which were perfect (what a transformation from old fashioned Curtains to Roman Blinds). A month later, I decided to place a second order for some Blinds in the bedrooms, it was not perfect.. One Blind had a material defect and the other wasn't in a block out material. I made one call to Leanne (the Office Manager) who apologised and rectified the issue right away. True to their word, I received replacements within three weeks at no extra cost, and were installed the same day they arrived. Mark did an excellent job, and I like how Custom Blinds and Shutter World went about accepting their mistake and correcting it. In the end, I am a satisfied customer of Custom Blinds and Shutter World, and strongly recommend this family business. |
