The Customer Service was excellent from all members of the Custom Blinds and Shutter World team. Warren took the measurements, Annette looked after the schedule for the blinds to be installed by Mark which fitted perfectly on installation. I love that you can see through the UV blinds and have the privacy. What is great is this is a Gold Coast company that makes all the blinds on their premises.

I write to thank you for the excellent after sales service offered by your company at every level. Annette with whom I spoke initially was an absolute delight to deal with and her sincerity and desire to assist in her friendly and courteous manner definitely needs to be commended (she followed up everything at every point and that makes her an absolute gem). Your installer whose name I unfortunately do not know but of course your records would easily reveal was a first class tradesman and again the friendly and thorough manner with which he carried out his work was equally remarkable. His attention to detail has left us with panel glides which are now so easy to move along and his expertise in all aspects was also so very much appreciated by us. Our congratulations to you Warren on the calibre of your employees of whom you must be justifiably proud.
