I'm very happy with the quality of my Plantation Shutters and Roman Blinds installed by Custom Blinds and Shutter World. Lesley was great to deal with. Leanne and Sean were the other two people I personally met from Custom Blinds and they were also very good to deal with. The only negative is that the installation was delayed one week. The timing wasn't great because they were supposed to be in the week before Easter but ended up being a week later. However, they were still four weeks quicker in manufacturing and installation than the two other Companies I received quotations from. Everyone I came in contact with at Custom Blinds were professional and provided good customer service. I will have no hesitation in using them again and I recommend anyone looking for quality Plantation Shutters and Blinds to give them a call. |
