Here are the answers to some of the questions we get asked regularly.. 

Q. Where is your showroom?

A. Custom Blinds is located at 1/8 Ereton Drive, Arundel QLD 4214 (opposite Harbour Town and across from JSW Powersports).

Q. What are your trading hours?

A. We are open from 8:30am - 5:00pm Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 12:00pm Saturdays and closed on Sundays and Public holidays.

Q. What products do you have?

A. At Custom Blinds and Shutter World, there isn't much we don't do. We have a large selection of our product range on display in our showroom.

We manufacture, supply and install Roller Blinds, Vertical Blinds, Venetian Blinds, Panel Glides and Roman Blinds, Curtains and Sheers, Plantation Shutters, Outdoor Blinds and Awnings and External Aluminium Shutters.

Q. How long will I be waiting for my installation?

A. The turnaround time varies depending on the product you choose.

We manufacture our own Roller Blinds, Verticals, Panel Glides and Roman Blinds in our factory, so we typically have these made within 5-7 business days.

Plantation Shutters, Outdoor Blinds, Awnings and External Aluminium Shutters are manufactured within a 2-3 week period.

Q. Do you offer an obligation free measure and quote service to potential customers?

A. Yes, Custom Blinds and Shutter World provides an obligation free measure and quote service.

The measure and quote is designed to provide you with the information you need to determine what product would be best suited for your home and individual requirements.

Our Design Consultants are trained in all products and have a wealth of experience in our field.

They will bring out fabrics, colour samples and componentry to help you make the most informed decision.

Q. Do you do repairs?

A. No, unless they are covered under a Custom Blinds warranty for products we have sold and installed.
